Playing around with unity, I've decided to do an somewhat-easy map controller to aid users when trying to create disgaea-like games (or any other type of games that needs to use a 3d tiled map).
This controller creates a mesh (for now, only one mesh) with a mesh collider and properly textured, based on user data. Each tile height can be controlled programatically.
I've also created a simple demo using the current version of the controller. There are still some steps to polish it before I publish it on Unity Store, but here's a sneak peek.
The tactics sample will ship with the extension.
